Jefferson, Ohio–Pastor Quincy Wheeler has written three photobooks for beginning readers about his pilgrimage to the Holy Land.
You have one more day to support this project called “Little Mustard Seed Library” on Kickstarter.com until April 21st at 9pm EDT!
Pastor Quincy hopes to “support struggling readers, and share the joy of the Lord at the same time! I am very grateful to The East Ohio United Methodist Foundation for supporting my pilgrimage, so I am receiving no compensation from this project.”

Children who are slower to learn to read often run out of easy-to-read, high interest books to support their learning. Little Mustard Seed Library creates short, visual stories that engage struggling readers.
Kickstarter backers can receive digital, printable, and video copies of these books about:
- Jesus in Bethlehem and Judea
- Jesus in Galilee
- Jesus in Jerusalem
Reward options also include:
- Online course to write your own Little Mustard Seed Book
- Editable files of the books and Holy Land photos
- Author reading with Pastor Quincy
Anyone can learn how to use this research-based book format to support beginning readers in their classroom, library, church or family. Little Mustard Seed Library is looking to publish any family-friendly content, not only religious themes.
Little Mustard Seed Library is publishing Pastor Quincy’s three books, and yours could be next! However, this project needs to meet the minimum funding goal by the April 21st deadline to pay for all the fees, formatting, and digital tools.
This Easter season, consider giving the gift of reading by supporting “Little Mustard Seed Library” on Kickstarter.com. For more information, contact Meagen Farrell at learn@mustseed.org or visit courses.mustseed.org.
